The Club holds events during the year at which members volunteer their time to offer support. One of these events is the Expo at the El Paso Marathon, were we do two hour shifts manning the booth and explain to potential members the club experience: Our daily runs, the great friendships we have built during our trips to races and encouraging people to join.
On Thursdays at our Starbucks at UTEP Run, people new to running will find there is a welcoming committee which will show you the route and run at your slower pace to help you get up to speed.
We also have special runs where some members might setup water and snack stops. These are just great.
